How we work.
We work directly with clients from initial scoping through implementation and launch. The scope, deliverables, timeline, dependencies, and pricing are documented before development begins.
Technical decisions are based on the requirements of the project: its users, existing systems, payment methods, connectivity, security requirements, expected usage, and maintenance needs.
For projects in Kenya, this can include M-Pesa through the Safaricom Daraja API, mobile-first interfaces, offline-capable workflows, and integration with existing business tools.

Requirements, deliverables, dependencies, timeline, and pricing are documented and agreed before implementation begins. Changes to the scope are documented and priced separately.
Direct communication
Clients communicate directly with the people responsible for designing and developing the system, at every stage of the project.
Performance and connectivity
Web and mobile projects are designed around realistic device, network, and performance requirements, including behaviour on slow or intermittent connections.
Payments and integrations
Where required, we integrate M-Pesa through the Safaricom Daraja API, card payments, third-party APIs, and the business systems already in use.
